Thank you for supporting CryWolfDoc.com. We want you to be satisfied with your experience and purchases. This Refund Policy explains when refunds, replacements, and adjustments are available.

1. General Policy

Most merchandise sold through CryWolfDoc.com is produced on demand or fulfilled through third-party providers.
For this reason, we only issue refunds or replacements in limited circumstances outlined below.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or substandard, we will make it right.

2. Eligibility for Refunds or Replacements

You may request a refund or replacement if:

  • The item arrives damaged or broken

  • The print quality is defective

  • The wrong product, design, or size was sent

  • The product is materially different from the description

  • The package is lost in transit (with verification from the carrier)

Not eligible for refunds:

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Ordering the wrong size (unless the vendor allows exchanges)

  • Minor variations in color due to screen differences

  • Late deliveries caused by carriers

  • Digital products already delivered or downloaded

  • Crowdfunding rewards (Kickstarter, GoFundMe perks) once the campaign has ended

3. Timeframe for Requests

Refund or replacement requests must be submitted within:

14 days of delivery
or
30 days after the estimated delivery date (for lost packages)

Requests outside these windows may not be approved.

4. How to Request a Refund

with the following:

  1. Your order number

  2. A description of the issue

  3. Clear photo(s) of the item, packaging, or defect

  4. A photo of the shipping label (if applicable)

We typically respond within 2–4 business days.

5. Digital Goods

For digital downloads, templates, or files:

  • All digital sales are final

  • Refunds are not issued once the download link has been accessed

If you experience technical issues (corrupt file, incorrect item, access problems), we will assist you.

6. Shipping & Return Costs

In most cases:

  • You do not need to return defective or damaged items

  • If a return is required, return shipping costs may be covered by us or the fulfillment provider

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

We do not reimburse customs fees, duties, or VAT charged by your country.

7. Third-Party Marketplaces

If your purchase was made through:

  • Shopify

  • Wix Stores

  • Printful/Printify integration

  • Etsy

  • Kickstarter rewards

  • GoFundMe perks

  • Other external vendors

then that platform’s refund policies may apply in addition to or instead of ours.

8. Refund Processing Time

Once approved:

  • Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider

  • Replacements will be placed into production immediately
