5. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
Because many of our items are produced on demand, returns are typically limited.
We generally accept returns only if:

6. Digital Products
If digital items (downloads, templates, documents, media) are sold:

All digital sales are final once the file has been delivered.

No refunds will be issued for completed downloads or digital access.

7. Pre-Orders & Crowdfunding Rewards
If you purchase through Kickstarter, GoFundMe perks, or other platforms:

Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees

Delays are possible depending on production, funding, or manufacturing constraints

Refunds may be subject to the third-party platform’s policies
CryWolfDoc.com is not responsible for delays caused by external partners.
8. Order Changes & Cancellations
Most print-on-demand orders cannot be changed or canceled once production begins.
Contact us immediately if you need support—we will assist if the order has not yet entered production.
9. Taxes & Duties
Customers are responsible for:
